Responsibilities

Generate system repair estimates and proposals in a timely manner upon the completion of inspections

Coordinate with customers to facilitate timely repair of deficiencies

Develop relationships with field inspectors and obtain copies of inspection reports for timely evaluation and quoting

Gain commitment from the customer over the phone and/or email. Coordinate with the service department on scheduling of repairs

Provide customers with recommendations and communicate system integrity issues that require urgent repair

Develop positive ongoing relationships with customers and understand the customers buying process

Track deficiency quotations by customer and dollar amount

Deliver sales to an assigned quota

Interface effectively with the service department to ensure timely scheduling of repairs

Engage with service managers and other sales representatives as required based on size and scope of repairs

Provide written notice to customers who elect not to perform repairs

Be a customer advocate and ensure all customer expectations are exceeded
