Responsibilities

Drive a disciplined global month-end close on a 5-business-day schedule; ensure GAAP-compliant consolidated financials and two full days for leadership review

Own close governance: checklists, calendars, cutoffs, reconciliations, and controls; ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled and review ready

Manage the end-to-end payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable cycles—ensuring timely, accurate processing and controls (approvals, reconciliations, aging/collections follow-up, vendor payment scheduling)

Lead and develop two direct reports (Staff Accountant; Senior Staff Accountant); set expectations, coach, and ensure consistent quality and timeliness

Build and automate recurring management reporting (budget vs. actual by BU, KPI packs, variance analysis) with a strong bias toward standardization and reduced manual effort

Deliver Excel-based analysis and models to diagnose drivers, quantify tradeoffs, and recommend actions to CFO/CEO and the leadership team

Own and improve revenue forecasting processes; partner with Sales and Delivery on pipeline-to-revenue conversion and resourcing impacts to maintain high forecast accuracy

Partner with PMO, Delivery, and Sales to monitor project health (scope, schedule, utilization, burn, margin, cash, and risk) and drive course-correction actions; support presales with pricing model updates, scenario analysis, and deal-level profitability insights

Create leader-ready project utilization and profitability dashboards/reports (Wrike and/or Excel outputs) that are trusted and self-serve

Coordinate tax filings and lead the year-end audit process; manage schedules, PBC requests, and external auditor/tax advisor communications

Drive operational excellence in finance tooling (Sage Intacct, reporting automation, workflow improvements); document SOPs and ensure scalable processes

Partner closely with Parent Director, FP&A and broader finance leadership to answer questions confidently, solve problems, and propose solutions across the organization
