Responsibilities
You will set the direction for AI initiatives across multiple early-stage programs, translating ambitious ideas into practical strategies
This includes leading development of computational methods and platforms for molecular modeling, protein design, and automated workflows
You'll ensure rigor in model design, benchmarking, and scaling, while scouting emerging research to identify new opportunities
The role requires strong leadership where you will be driving results through cross-functional teams with a proven ability to influence technical decisions in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields
Strong track record of impactful research or applied ML projects
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
