Good hands-on experience in SQL
Execute queries, manage stored procedures, and ensure data integrity
Backup and restore database systems; ensure data availability and redundancy
Collaborate with development teams to optimize queries and database performance
Must Have ITIL - Incident Management understanding Reporting Automation
Ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and service delivery objectives
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

8 Years of experience
6-7 Years of onshore experience
8X5 Technical Support as L2 Key Technologies
ETL/Datastage strong hold for Job monitoring
Understand ETL jobs workflow and integration
