Responsibilities
Manage assigned commercial accounts, including quotes, coverage changes, renewals, and certificates
Maintain accurate data in agency management systems
Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information
Analyze insurance-related contract requirements
Assist Account Executives, complete special projects, and uphold confidentiality standards
Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment
Qualification
Required
Active and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License
2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management, ideally handing middle & large market accounts
Strong knowledge of middle market insurance products and carrier relationships
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, AMS360 and ImageRight; will consider experience with related agency management systems
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Ideally Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
Construction experience is ideal
