Responsibilities

Maintain and update HubSpot Portals for clients, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for marketing, sales, and customer engagement
Manage and track versions of HubSpot assets (emails, landing pages, workflows, templates) to maintain consistency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and provide HubSpot best practice guidance
Support and train staff on new HubSpot features and process updates as needed

Required

Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, and workflow optimization
Experience maintaining consistency and version control across HubSpot assets
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Previous experience optimizing HubSpot post-implementation
Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics
Understanding of B2B marketing or sales processes
