Responsibilities
Engage with both existing and new accounts, driving full-cycle Salesforce deals from prospecting to close
Research and identify potential customers, assessing their business needs and sales potential
Confidently demonstrate Salesforce solutions (SFMC and/or SFCC) to prospective clients
Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce solution sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience in digital agencies or Salesforce partner organizations, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions (B2C or B2B)
Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and integrations across CRM, Service Cloud, and third-party systems
Expertise in working with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and position solutions that align with ROI models
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time management skills
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
