Responsibilities
Lead AI/ML development initiatives and act as the go-to expert for programming and implementation (Python, BigQuery, GCP)
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Build proof of concepts (POCs) and full-scale projects to demonstrate the impact and feasibility of AI-powered solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and data scientists
Contribute to AI/ML roadmap planning, aligning with strategic goals and customer outcomes
Support candidate evaluation and team growth by helping identify, onboard, and support technical resources
Work closely with B2B clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
Drive innovation, insights, and best practices across teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in AI/ML, data science, and programming
Strong expertise in Python, GCP, and BigQuery; experience in full-stack AI development
Proven experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions across multiple teams or clients
Ability to understand and align technical implementations with business goals and user needs
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills—must work well as part of a team and across teams
Experience building POCs, MVPs, and scalable solutions in enterprise or product-focused settings
Creative, insightful thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Ford experience is a plus (preferred but not required)
Experience with AI/ML Ops, scalable cloud architecture, and performance optimization
Familiarity with FSP (Feature Store Platforms) or related tooling
Exposure to enterprise data platforms and tools used in large-scale analytics projects
