Responsibilities
Communicating by phone and email with owners, tenants, vendors, maintenance technicians, and other team members in various departments
Managing work orders from our tenants
MUST HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE and be willing to drive to visit properties
Other administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable vehicle from 9:00 - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
Familiar with Email and Phone etiquette
Basic math, spelling & grammar skills
Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
Professional Business Casual Dress Code, A MUST
MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Real Estate license is a plus, but not required
Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
