In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect furniture and décor for their homes while enjoying a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
Passion for connecting with customers while discovering their preferences and offer tailored solutions
Stay up to date on product features, design trends, and store promotions across our four brands
Help maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring that displays are organized and on-brand
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
Qualification
Required
Cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor
A passion for customer service and a talent for building relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language
Preferred
Retail Sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Bilingual a plus!
