Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

Maintain and audit HRIS data (new hires, terminations, pay changes)
Administer leaves, benefits, and ensure policy compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO)
Support payroll processes, reporting, and data integrity across systems
Develop HR dashboards and analyze data to inform workforce decisions
Lead internal communication and engagement strategies to enhance culture
Advise employees and leaders on HR policies and procedures
Partner cross-functionally to implement HR projects and improve processes

Required

2 years of experience in human resources
Must pass background check and drug screening
