Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and provide proactive support to senior leadership
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodations, including after-hours logistics
Expense & Reporting: Prepare and reconcile expense reports using Concur or similar platforms with accuracy and timeliness
Event Coordination: Plan and execute meetings, team events, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless organization
Office Operations: Manage office supplies, catering, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of administrative experience supporting executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with executive scheduling, travel logistics, and confidential information handling
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in Concur or similar expense systems
Experience within financial services, consulting, or other professional settings
