Responsibilities

Lead electrical scope delivery from design through startup

Review drawings, P&IDs, specs, SOWs, RFPs, submittals, RFIs, bids, and change requests

Act as client rep for AE electrical/equipment designs and early infrastructure concepts

Drive site-wide electrical coordination, routing philosophy, and 3D model/clash reviews

Support sustainability goals, constructability reviews, and multi-trade coordination

Oversee subcontractors, progress tracking, quality, safety, and cost/schedule targets

Conduct system walkdowns, test pack reviews, turnover, shakedown, and startup support

Resolve technical issues and ensure code compliance (NFPA, NEC, OSHA)

Qualification

Required

15+ years in electrical & instrumentation construction (pharma, industrial, O&G, or manufacturing)

Strong knowledge of E&I systems, standards, and safety codes

Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications

Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Experience with commissioning and project controls

Preferred

Electrical / E&I / Project Management certification

Commissioning, validation, and startup experience

Knowledge of automation and control systems
