Play a key role in the configuration, security, and lifecycle management of Windows and macOS devices within a complex financial institution
Provide operational support of Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and JAMF Pro
Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills necessary to automate solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
