Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the Privacy Engine to ensure robust, fault-tolerant, and performant operation
Research, design, and implement privacy-preserving algorithms and techniques
Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to detect, analyze, and mitigate privacy risks
Keep up-to-date with the latest privacy research and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Python
Understanding of standard stats models and distributions
Familiarity with basic privacy models like k-anonymity and k-map
Familiarity with multi-dimensional data interpolation
Ability to translate scholarly articles and research into production code
Proficient in SQL
5+ years working a data science type roles required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with NLP applications is a plus
Experience working with healthcare data or in a HIPAA-compliant environment is a plus
Certifications in data privacy or security, such as CIPT or CIPP, are a plus
