Required

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve acceptable)
Strong understanding of the CTV/OTT ad ecosystem (programmatic buying, DSPs, measurement)
Knowledge of video encoding, compression, and delivery standards
Strong visual storytelling skills within tight time constraints
Ability to write or collaborate on ad copy and CTAs
Experience in video production/editing for digital advertising
Portfolio with at least 1 CTV/OTT ad (15–30s) and 2–3 social video samples
Strong editing fundamentals and eagerness to learn CTV performance marketing
Experience in video marketing, digital advertising, or agency environments
Portfolio with 3+ CTV/OTT ads and documented performance outcomes
Proven ability to optimize creative based on performance data
Leadership experience within video or creative teams
Portfolio with campaign case studies, performance lift, and strategic insights
Ability to own creative strategy and mentor others
CTV platforms: Roku, Hulu/Disney+, Amazon Fire TV, YouTube TV
Ad formats & specs: VAST/VPAID, CTV ad requirements
Encoding & delivery: H.264/H.265, MP4/MOV, captioning (SRT, VTT)
Color standards: Rec. 709, HDR awareness

Preferred

Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ad Manager, Roku
Motion graphics expertise (After Effects expressions, Cinema 4D)
Sound design and audio mixing skills
Familiarity with broadcast or linear TV ad production
Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
