Responsibilities

Generating new business for the company

Training including but not limited to State and Federal regulations, products, credit policy, lock policy, technology interfaces, uploading loans in system, delivering loans to investors, and managing the level of pipeline fallout

Cultivation of new accounts that meet the criteria of the bank

Understanding the Value Proposition of the Bank and how prospective clients match

Market research, market segmentation, client identification and cultivation of referral sources

Performing other projects and duties as assigned
