Responsibilities

Assist with key HR projects - contribute to cultural and career pathways initiatives, support people priorities projects, talent processes and initiatives, and contribute to the engagement survey
Conduct research and analyze data to support departmental projects
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Attend meetings and provide input on departmental initiatives
Present final project(s) to key stakeholders within department
In addition to project work, the intern will have the opportunity to participate in lunch and learn activities, trainings and interactions with senior leadership

Required

Currently enrolled in a college or university program as a full-time rising Junior or Senior
Majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Sociology (or related fields)
Maintain a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
