Responsibilities

Leads large-scale transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and executive priorities
Partners closely with executive leadership to define and drive enterprise-wide change efforts, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
Utilizes both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
Oversees the planning and execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
Establishes and maintains governance frameworks to support executive-level decision-making, prioritization, and conflict resolution across the portfolio
Provides strategic guidance and subject matter expertise during project initiation and planning, including defining objectives, benefits, scope, and financial tracking
Leads financial oversight for all transformation efforts, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets, forecasts, and benefit realization across the portfolio

Required

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs
