Responsibilities

Lead legacy-to-modern platform migration from a data architecture and governance perspective
Partner directly with Head of Data Governance, Data Architecture, and other senior leadership to align strategy, timelines, and execution
Own and drive the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, validation, and cutover
Evaluate and challenge project timelines, resource allocations, and technical feasibility based on prior experience
Oversee multiple test environments, data cataloging efforts, and ensure compliance with data governance standards
Provide strategic oversight while being supported by a team of operational project managers

Required

Proven success leading large-scale data migration programs in financial services or similarly regulated industries
Deep understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data lifecycle management
Experience with multiple test environments, data cataloging, and data quality frameworks
