Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of operational analytics frameworks across core business functions
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into operational health
Partner with operations, product, technology, and finance teams to drive data-backed execution
Support executive leadership in translating strategic goals into measurable operational outcomes
Provide analytical insight to inform business planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
Identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and scalability constraints across operations
Deliver scenario analysis and forward-looking insights to support growth and transformation initiatives
Analyze end-to-end operational workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Lead initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and performance improvement
Support the implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational intelligence and execution
Ensure analytics frameworks scale effectively with business growth and complexity
Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure operational metrics align with governance standards
Monitor operational risk indicators and support proactive risk mitigation strategies
Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and consistency across operational systems
Contribute to business continuity and operational resilience planning through analytical insight
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across operations, technology, finance, and product
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor analysts and operations professionals, fostering a culture of analytical excellence
Promote a data-driven, accountability-focused operating culture across the organization
Analyze cost structures, operational spend, and productivity metrics to support financial efficiency
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with operational data and performance insights
Track ROI and effectiveness of operational initiatives and technology investments
Enable leadership to make informed trade-offs between growth, cost, and operational risk
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or operational strategy within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven organizations
Proven experience supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights and operational decision-making
Strong understanding of financial operations, fintech platforms, and data-driven performance management
Demonstrated success in driving process optimization and operational scalability through analytics
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
