Responsibilities
Serve as Project Engineer on water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects
Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, specifications, reports, and calculations
Support project management activities including scope, schedule, budget, and coordination
Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
Assist with permitting and compliance with Florida DEP, local utilities, and municipalities
Provide technical guidance to junior staff and support QA/QC processes
Qualification
Required
Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license – required
5+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering
Experience with municipal water/wastewater systems, pipelines, pump stations, or treatment facilities
Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling tools)
Strong communication and client-facing skills
