Responsibilities

Responsible for dock operations including communication to appropriate partners

Performing and scheduling dock equipment maintenance of the headquarters properties as directed, including HVAC and lighting systems, door hardware, compactors, balers, dock levelers and the building management system

Responding to work order requests by utilizing a robust work order system and teamwork on other special projects as directed

Required

High school graduate or equivalent

Experience in or the ability to learn the building maintenance field (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems)

Skilled in the operation of hand and power tools

Must have a valid driver's license. Class D required

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet

Ability to learn PC skills especially associated with building management systems, life safety systems, and work order applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Forklift experience is desired

Shipping/Receiving experience, including documentation retention is desired
