Responsibilities

Perform structural calculations and design for building components including superstructures, foundations, and floor systems

Develop and assist in the preparation of construction documents for vertical structures

Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and coordination across drawings and documentation

Participate in project meetings and communicate with clients under the guidance of a supervisor

Maintain and expand technical knowledge through continuing education, industry seminars, and in-house training programs

Evaluate design processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency

Maintain composure and problem-solving capability in high-pressure situations

Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Conduct occasional site visits to monitor construction progress and document observations

Adhere to all safety protocols during site visits

Occasional travel may be required

Open to career growth opportunities, including potential transition into a Project Manager role

Perform other related duties as assigned
