Responsibilities

Architect ETL Pipelines: Design and implement robust ETL/ELT processes to extract data from various manufacturing systems (ERP, IoT sensors, and SQL databases)

Data Modeling: Develop high-performance Star Schemas and Tabular models within Power BI to ensure fast, accurate reporting

Optimize Performance: Fine-tune DAX queries and data refresh schedules to handle large-scale manufacturing datasets

Strategic Integration: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions

Modernize Infrastructure: Help migrate and manage data within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (where applicable) to streamline our data engineering lifecycle

Required

4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a heavy focus on the Microsoft BI Stack

Deep proficiency in SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or Power Query (M)

Expert-level knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices

Strong familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or Snowflake

Ability to work onsite daily in Eatontown and collaborate effectively with shop-floor managers and executive leadership

Preferred

Hands-on experience or certifications in Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable
