Photo & Booklet Assembly: Match and seal photos into official passport booklets
Data Entry: Input applicant information accurately into secure systems
Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly assistance to applicants
Document Verification: Confirm authenticity of identification and supporting materials
Quality Control: Review completed applications for accuracy and compliance
Collaboration: Work with team members to meet daily processing goals
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information per federal privacy and security standards
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship (required)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
Computer and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and rotate between clerical stations
Must pass government background, credit, and security clearance requirements
