Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership and board presentations
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
Manage internal controls, annual audits, and process improvement initiatives
Lead financial planning, risk management, and capital resource analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations) to align financial strategies with organizational goals
Implement and optimize ERP systems and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Experience with Power BI, SQL; Tableau is a plus
