Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement VDI architectures and system solutions
Engineer solutions for complex application, network, and system administration challenges
Perform advanced systems management, configuration, and integration tasks
Maintain and optimize VMware Horizon, Citrix, or equivalent VDI environments
Troubleshoot high-level system issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts
Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and engineering plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and security compliance
Support system upgrades, patching, and life-cycle management

Required

Active Secret clearance
Senior-level experience in systems engineering or architecture roles
Expertise in VDI platforms (VMware, Citrix, etc.)
Strong background in system administration, virtualization, and networking
Ability to design and integrate complex systems in enterprise environments

Preferred

DoD 8570 compliant certifications (Security+, CASP, CISSP, etc.)
Experience supporting DoD or federal IT environments
Knowledge of cloud integration, system automation, or scripting
