Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise platforms, from planning and design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization
Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Coordinate delivery across IT, business, security, compliance, and third-party vendors
Own status reporting and delivery transparency
Apply Agile and Scrum practices within an enterprise governance framework
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Partner closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, priorities, and release planning
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile delivery expectations
Establish and maintain project governance, escalation paths, and decision forums
Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, risk management practices, and audit requirements
Prepare materials for steering committees and executive reviews
Oversee creation and maintenance of all system documentation, including:
Business and technical requirements
Architecture and integration documentation
Process flows and operating procedures
Testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization artifacts
Ensure documentation meets compliance, audit, and operational readiness standards
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
Manage scope, schedule, and resource changes through formal change control
Remove delivery blockers and escalate risks when needed
Act as the primary point of accountability for business, technology, vendor, and executive stakeholders
Deliver clear, concise updates on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes
Align delivery results to business value and strategic objectives
Support training, support readiness, and handoff to operational teams
Track delivery metrics and KPIs
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Establish ongoing system governance practices
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project management experience
3–5 years leading Agile or Scrum-based enterprise system implementations
Proven experience delivering multiple, concurrent enterprise initiatives
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
Experience establishing governance, controls, and executive reporting
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end system documentation
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
Preferred
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Agilist)
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance
Background managing vendors, third-party risk, system integrations, and data migration
Strong understanding of SDLC and change management
