Inside Sales Representative (Hanover)

Responsibilities
Crush your monthly and annual sales goals through outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound leads
Build and grow relationships — managing your own book of business and reactivating dormant customers
Connect creatively: emails, calls, and strategic outreach to engage customers and keep L2 top of mind
Use HubSpot (CRM) to track activity, opportunities, and communication — keeping things organized and on point
Introduce new promotions and products that excite customers and drive sales
Master L2’s product lineup and confidently share your expertise
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude in everything you do
Occasionally travel to tradeshows or key customer visits to represent L2 in person — up to 20% domestic travel required
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales experience (bonus points for the custom decoration industry!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to connect and persuade
A knack for organization, follow-through, and juggling multiple priorities
A positive attitude and drive to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
CRM/HubSpot experience is a plus
