Account Manager
WeInstall.IT is a fast-growing AV and IT services company specializing in structured cabling and enterprise infrastructure deployment. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive business results in California.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire sales process
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Provide professional after-sales support
Develop business plans to meet revenue targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
Negotiate contracts and maintain sales documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations and legal teams
Uphold our culture and values with every customer touchpoint
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRM tools and sales documentation
Must live in Los Angeles or the Bay Area
This is a fully on-site role – remote/hybrid not available
