Responsibilities
Run and monitor batch jobs in PeopleSoft Financials
Monitor system outputs, errors, and troubleshoot issues
Operate and maintain printing and mailing equipment
Print and process critical financial documents
Maintain inventory and evaluate equipment/process improvements
Create and update operational documentation
Provide timely and professional support to internal users
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
Ability to work independently in a structured environment
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems
Ability to run queries in PeopleSoft or similar systems
Familiarity with structured IT operations
Experience with FTP/SFTP tools (e.g., GoAnywhere)
Basic SQL and relational database knowledge
