Responsibilities

Set up and maintain contracts, projects, CLINs, and labor categories in Costpoint in accordance with contract, pricing, and funding documents
General Ledger project accounting, preparation and posting of journal entries, account reconciliations (revenue, unbilled, AR, project related balance sheet accounts)
Review and process vendor and subcontractor invoices; validate labor categories, rates, funding, and period of performance before posting in Costpoint
Support timekeeping, labor charging, and cost allocation integrity in Costpoint; help enforce compliant practices across the organization
System and process enhancements and testing in Costpoint related to billing, revenue, project accounting, and month end close

Required

Minimum 5 years of above referenced skills, duties and accomplishments including Strong Costpoint Project Accounting, including A/R, A/P, G/L, Month End, Billing, FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, FAR/DFARS and DCAA expectations, MS Excel, FedGov Costpoint experience in/at/for FedGov environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA Accounting/Financial Degree or Related Fields
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s): CPA, CPA track, or other relevant FedGov Accounting/Financial related
REQUIRED CLEARANCE: MUST Be a US Citizen for Government Clearance
