Requirements Gathering and Analysis experience in payments solution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand and document current-state payments processes and future-state requirements
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for implementation
Qualification

Possess good hands-on experience in customization of the 'Zuora Payments' product
Requirements Gathering and Analysis experience in payments solution

Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for implementation
Strong background in payments solutions
Knowledge of credit cards, ACH, wallets
Knowledge of authorization, capture, settlement
Knowledge of PCI compliance (functional awareness)
Ability to analyze payment failures and business rules
