The role involves partnering with EHS and operations teams to assist with safety audits, hazard assessments, and various EHS duties.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Assist with employee safety initiatives and EHS projects
Support workplace inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
Help develop, review, and update safety documentation, procedures, and training materials
Partner with production and engineering teams to support compliance and process improvement initiatives
Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions related to safety incidents
Assist with data collection, reporting, and other EHS-related documentation
Qualification
Required
Open to any major
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
Preferred
Interest in safety, environmental health, or industrial engineering
Previous internship or work experience in safety, EHS, or related fields
