Onshore Technical Account Manager
ALOIS Solutions is seeking an Onshore Technical Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. The role involves acting as a technical focal point for clients, ensuring satisfaction and integration of IT solutions, while developing trusted relationships with key accounts in the Financial Services sector.
Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with our customers as the technical focal point
Ensure customers are satisfied and confident in leveraging the solutions from Proclink
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer technical stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Be responsible for working with the internal Proclink offshore teams to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Provide timely and realistic assessment of the client side organizational changes, opinions & thoughts of influencers and decision-makers and any other relevant information to Proclink management
Participate in technical discussions involving topics such as but not limited to Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Payment systems
Contribute in defining new or modifying the existing system architecture and detailed solution designs with scalability, resilience and extendibility as the main principles
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible
Be there in person every week to interact with the key technical stakeholders to participate in technical discussions, understand the needs, issues and to cultivate the relationships
Qualification
Required
Candidates should possess a solid IT background, starting as software developers or engineers before transitioning to roles in business development or account management
Experience working with Financial or Fintech clients and providing IT solutions is necessary
While experience with Payment applications is not mandatory, a foundational IT background is a must-have
Proven Technical lead/Architect or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and to effectively coordinate with the offshore teams
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Deep understanding of the technology space especially as applicable to a lending organization
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Minimum Bachelor / Masters in Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University
At least 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering backend applications with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Restful APIs and related backend frameworks
At least 5 years of experience in managing client relationships, demonstrated capability of growing the client accounts
Must have worked with offshore teams to manage and grow the client accounts
Proficient in following concepts: object-oriented programming, software engineering techniques, quality engineering, parallel programming, databases, etc
Strong collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Preferred
Leveraging Social Media to network with industry peers, share thought leadership content, and enhance brand visibility to support Proclink sales team and relationship building
