They are seeking a dynamic New Business Development Manager to prospect and close new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with various teams to create unique service offerings.

Responsibilities
Prospect, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key markets
Build, lead and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Develop exclusive relationships that create unique service offerings to our markets
Conduct discovery meetings to understand needs and pain points for new business prospects
Collaborate with our Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Tenacious, self-driven, persistent, and goal-oriented
Confident presenter with the ability to influence key decision-makers
Creative problem solvers
Strong understanding of financial models for business relationships
Preferred
Experience selling outsourced distribution and order-to-cash services a plus
