New Grad, Entry LevelPompano Precision Products is a growing and busy AS9100D/ISO 13485/ITAR precision machine shop. They are looking for a qualified CNC programmer to join their team, responsible for programming and setting up CNC mills and Swiss CNC machines.

Responsibilities
Program and assist in setting up 3, 4, and 5 CNC mills and Swiss CNC machines
Process repeat orders. Update all books as needed
Process new orders. Make drawings, operation sheets, books and programs. Order tools
Make programs and follow up on the setup and running of new programs
Put Programs into the machine as required by the Materials Supervisor
Remove Programs from the machines as needed
Save all downloaded programs and update books accordingly
Work on improvements to existing jobs
Check and order non-vending tools
Send tools for re-grind as needed
Oversee problems at the Mills and Lathes
Maintaining good housekeeping practices in work area
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Coordinate daily work flow with production management
Use of shop floor inspection equipment
Qualification
Required
Experience programming CNC machines, specifically Citizen Swiss CNC machines, DMG Mori and HAAS 5 Axis mills
Ability to program and assist in setting up 3, 4, and 5 CNC mills and Swiss CNC machines
Experience processing repeat orders and updating documentation
Ability to process new orders, including making drawings, operation sheets, and programs
Experience in ordering tools and managing tool inventory
Ability to make programs and follow up on the setup and running of new programs
Experience in saving and updating downloaded programs
Ability to work on improvements to existing jobs
Experience checking and ordering non-vending tools
Ability to send tools for re-grind as needed
Experience overseeing problems at the Mills and Lathes
Maintaining good housekeeping practices in the work area
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience coordinating daily workflow with production management
Ability to use shop floor inspection equipment
