Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles
Connect with career advisors in the community to create and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings
Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from start to finish
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
Strong ability to identify, engage, and hire top talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting job postings and candidate-facing messages
Ability to think outside the box
Comfort managing multiple roles and priorities
Passion for connecting great people with a mission-driven organization
