This role leads design efforts, mentors junior engineers, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to code.

Responsibilities
Lead design of HVAC, plumbing, utilities, steam, compressed air, chilled water, and process piping systems
Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Revit models
Mentor and guide mechanical engineers on the team
Conduct site evaluations and gather field data
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with ASME, ASHRAE, OSHA, and other relevant standards
Qualification
Required
PE in Mechanical Engineering, B.S. required
10–20 years of mechanical system design experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities
Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and facility mechanical systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
