Responsibilities

Identify and close enhancement opportunities including plantings, sod, drainage improvements, seasonal upgrades, and other residential landscape projects

Sell new residential maintenance accounts, guiding prospective clients from initial conversation through contract execution, based on the unique needs of properties

Prepare clear, professional proposals and confidently present recommendations in a customer-focused, value-driven way

Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust through proactive communication, responsiveness, and follow-through

Anticipate client needs, address concerns thoughtfully, and set clear expectations throughout the sales and service process

Partner closely with production teams to ensure work is delivered as sold and clients feel informed and supported

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, proposals, follow-ups, renewals, and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to resolve issues, communicate timelines, and deliver a consistent client experience
