Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and maintenance of financial dashboards for senior management
Serve as a key member of the corporate financial team, acting as a liaison between corporate accounting and IT
Meet regularly with practice leaders to review current dashboards and determine future development needs
Define and develop metrics to help practices understand financial performance and trends
Partner with IT and corporate accounting to automate reporting and streamline data distribution
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics
Strong understanding of business finance including P&L, budgets, and expense management
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, imperfect data sets
Solid IT background with experience using SQL and business intelligence tools
Outstanding analytical and project management skills
A curious, independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
