Develop and implement ticketing and metrics dashboards using ServiceNow native capabilities, Power BI, and QlikSense to track statuses and SLA adherence

Apply best practices to optimize PC Renewal service operations within ServiceNow
Ensure global alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices on the ServiceNow platform
Assist in training planning and operational staff on processes and tools
