This position will hold an office area at the main lobby area of the facility and will be responsible for: greeting and signing visitors in; filing documents; completing computer entries; distributing mail to appropriate departments; completing supply requisitions and maintaining a stocked supply area; creating and mailing various documents; routing incoming calls to the facility; maintaining employee contact information; and various other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One to three years of clerical experience required. (Substitutions may be allowed)
Knowledge of general office practices
Ability to maintain clerical records and operate basic office equipment
Ability to interact on the telephone or in person with the public
Ability to organize work assignments
