Business Development Representative
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive sales growth in the industrial and commercial air filtration market. The role involves prospecting new customers, developing sales strategies, and managing relationships to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking
Develop reseller channels and manage direct sales to major industrial accounts
Create and execute territory plans with aggressive growth targets
Conduct onsite and virtual sales presentations to decision-makers
Manage pipeline and follow-ups using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profit margins through value-based selling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of sales experience (industrial, OEM, manufacturing preferred; other industries welcome)
Proven ability to develop sales strategies, build relationships, and close deals
Strong prospecting skills and experience onboarding new customers
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-activity environment
