Responsibilities
Conduct in-services and presentations regarding our services to referral sources
Promote professional relationships with physicians, care facilities and any other customers
Consult with agency leaders on all aspects of marketing/sales activities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
Interact with supervisor regarding maintenance of accounts in CRM
Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in geographically defined market
Develop quarterly sales strategy
Qualification
Required
High school degree
Display excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
Valid driver's license and insurance
Preferred
Candidates with prior experience in Home Health, Hospice, DME, or Infusion settings are strongly preferred
Minimum of two years of home health marketing experience is preferred with a track record of meeting sales expectations
