Responsibilities

Build and enhance front-end UI components used by fraud servicing agents

Develop micro front-end applications using Vue.js

Support backend-for-frontend logic using Python (AWS Lambda)

Collaborate with product and tech teams to design intelligent, decision-driven workflows

Integrate UI components with AWS-based services

Support agent experiences related to card fraud investigations and resolutions

Experience building systems that support workflow-driven or decision-based UIs

Strong understanding of UI logic that 'helps the UI make decisions'

Experience in fraud, financial services, or call-center agent platforms

Familiarity with Agent Experience or servicing platforms
