This role involves executing private intelligence briefings and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and strategic partners to align with NGO operations and frontier-sector briefings.

Responsibilities

Lead dinners & intelligence briefings for donor engagements, including outreach, engagement, and stewardship with investors & philanthropists
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners
Oversee campaign logistics: events, travel, operational planning, and execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives
Develop campaign materials, briefings, presentations, and impact reports for stakeholders
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all campaigns
Provide post-campaign analysis, metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure all activities align with KFO’s strategic objectives, brand standards, and regulatory compliance

Required

Proven experience in campaign management, fundraising, or strategic operations
Demonstrated ability to secure high-value donations or partnerships from sponsors, investors and or philanthropists
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and global partners
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with discretion and professionalism

Preferred

International experience (Europe, UAE, or Asia) preferred
