Customer Success Manager
CloudRig is building a modern, AI-enabled field and project management platform for contractors. They are seeking a founding Customer Success Manager to own long-term customer outcomes and guide contractors through change, ensuring CloudRig becomes integral to their operations.
Responsibilities
Drive Adoption: Create and drive plans to onboard customers and drive deeper adoption over time
Own the Renewal Experience: Proactively manage renewals with clear expectations, no surprises, and strong customer alignment
Coach and Enable Customers: Help customers build the habits that lead to better data, decisions, and outcomes
Partner Internally: Share customer feedback with product, engineering, and sales to continuously improve CloudRig
Qualification
Required
Experience owning customer outcomes, renewals, or long-term account success
A structured, proactive, detail-oriented approach to working with customers
Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust at all levels of an organization
Preferred
Experience in civil construction or construction tech is a major plus
