Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise of Experis and ManpowerGroup, enabling the incumbent to position the CADs in the most efficient manner
Translate Vertical Account strategies and priorities into expectations for a team of sellers
Lead and develop a team of up to 20 Experis CADs, fostering skill growth, collaboration, and portfolio ownership to drive performance
Establish and implement performance metrics and data tracking to create a revenue-focused, metrics-driven CAD organization
Coach and develop team members to build CAD capabilities within their assigned portfolio, fostering growth, ownership, and long-term portfolio expansion
Define and implement engagement protocols for CAD utilization and collaborative selling across segments (where appropriate for the account or portfolio)
Develop and facilitate internal learning sessions (e.g., Lunch and Learns) to educate the sales team & leaders on when and how to engage CADs effectively
Function as a trusted advisor and expert for selling into complex global and national enterprise clients
Act as a trusted Experis sales and solutions expert, guiding the CAD team and client engagements
Partner in shaping tailored solution designs to meet client needs
Conduct operational reviews, pipeline assessments, and performance check-ins
Hold regular 1:1s with CADs for onboarding, coaching, and development
Participate in Experis leadership meetings and strategic initiatives
Partner with Vertical Sales Leadership team on account / portfolio sales strategy and plan
Engage directly with clients through calls and meetings
Travel requirement: approximately 50%

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Management: 3+ years people management experience
IT industry experience and expertise
Sales: 5+ years sales experience in a client facing role

Preferred

Field experience working in the Sales organization for Experis or Enterprise
Previous experience working for a large, matrixed, global organization
